Hi everyone,
Later today I will be going through surveys on BackerKit to send out notices for any final address changes on orders that can be sent out (if all of the items you ordered are currently in hand.) I will then start packaging these and start sending them out late next week.
Here is a photo of how the coin pouches turned out:
I'm really happy with the print quality and how soft they feel in person, and hope you guys will too.
All other items are still currently in production and are scheduled to arrive in time by June. I'll follow up with more updates once I get them!

Surveys Sent Out!

Hey everyone,
The rest of the surveys have now been sent out. Please fill them in by April 19th so I can move along with ordering all of the items!
Where can I find my survey?
Please check the email associated with the Kickstarter account you used to back this project. You should have received an email from BackerKit asking you to fill out your survey. Here you will provide me with your shipping address and can make any last minute add-ons if you'd like.
What Happens if I Don't Fill in my Survey by April 19th?
I will try my best to orders extras of every design, but I will not longer be able to guarantee you get what you initially pledged for. Those who filled out their survey before April 19th will guarantee I have the items in stock when I start sending out rewards. Please note that I may be unable to wait on a few people and delay the entire project due to not answering the survey. You can still change your address anytime up until everything arrives to me, so please fill out everything you can first!
In the case I do not have enough items because the survey was submitted late, I will offer you the option to either choose something else, or receive a refund of 85% (15% non-refundable due to Kickstarter, bank, and BackerKit fees) of the item(s) that are out of stock.
Cards will be charged on April 20th, and fulfillment is estimated to be completed June 2024. Depending on what you pledged for, your order may go out earlier if the item you pledged for arrives before the estimated completion date. I will make another update at this time to make sure any necessary changes to addresses can be made.
For addresses that are not changed and the package has already gone out, I will not be able to send out a refund. Packages can be resent once it arrives back to me and new a new postage fee is paid. Please note that you are responsible for keeping your address up to date (and you can update your address at any time by accessing the page in which you filled out your survey.
Can't Find Your Survey?
You can visit this page and re-enter your email address! Please make sure it is the same email address that is linked to your Kickstarter in order to receive your survey.
If you are still unable to find your survey, you can send me a message here on Kickstarter or email me at [email protected] with your backer number and name! I should be able to find it on my end and send you a direct link. You can use the above methods to contact me for any other additional questions or concerns.

Smoke Test Sent

Hey everyone! I've gotten the survey approved by BackerKit, and have sent out the smoke test.
What is the smoke test?
Approximately 5% of backers from each tier has had the survey sent to their email. If you are one of these backers, please fill out the survey ASAP! This helps me with if there are any current issues that can be resolved before the rest of the surveys are sent out. Once all of them have been filled out or a week has passed (whichever come first), I will send out the rest of them.
At the time of completing the survey, you will see the shipping and tax amounts. I will be collecting payment on April 19th, when the surveys close.
More information will come in the next update once the smoke tests have been completed!
Errored Payments
I have now contacted all backers that have errored payments with solutions if they'd still like to keep their pledge. For any additional concerns or requests, please feel free to message me here on Kickstarter or email me at [email protected].

Project Over + Next Steps

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for pledging for this Kickstarter! I will be working on the surveys over the next couple of days and hopefully be ready to send out the smoke test late next week.
What is the smoke test?
BackerKit asks to have 5% of surveys from each tier sent out to make sure everything runs smoothly. These backers will fill the surveys out first, and give any feedback if necessary. A week afterwards or once these surveys have been sent out (whichever comes first), the rest of the surveys will be sent out.
In the meantime, please check your email for any errored pledges!
How do I know if my pledge has errored?
If you log onto your Kickstarter account, there should be a red bar at the top of your screen letting you know you need to fix your payment. You should have also received an automatic email from Kickstarter. From what I see on my end, there are currently 7 errored backers.
To fix this issue, you can follow the link in the email or click on the red error bar at the top of your screen to be redirected. Here you can change your payment method or re-enter it.
Kickstarter gives 7 days since the end of the project to remedy the issue. If this issue persists after the 7 days, your pledge will be dropped and I will be unable to send out your reward even if the survey has been filled out.
If for any reason you are unable to fix payment but are still interested in your reward, please contact me here on Kickstarter or email me at [email protected]! I'm happy to make a custom listing for you in my store to match your Kickstarter pledge and include any freebies if your pledge qualified for it.
In a few days, I will send out messages to those that still have errored payments as a friendly reminder.
When the surveys are sent out, if you missed out on anything in the Kickstarter, you'll be able to add them before finalizing payment. At this time, shipping will also be charged.
What Happens to Orders with Acrylic Charms?
As I've gone ahead and unlocked everything with the exception of the acrylic charms, I will be going through pledges that added this on or pledged for this tier to send a refund within the next two days. Please keep an eye out on your email for a confirmation!
That should be it for now, and I'll continue the updates as I work through the next steps over the next week or so.

All Stretch Goals Unlocked!

Hi everyone,
With just 50 hours left of the campaign, I will be unlocking all of the stretch goals with the exception of the acrylic charms. You will be able to choose from any of the other designs once the project is over!
For those who have pledged for an acrylic charm, you may either remove it from your pledge before the end of the campaign, or I will issue a refund for any acrylic charm pledges and/or add-ons once funds have been collected.
Over the next week, I'll be putting the survey together - more updates to come on March 22nd!
